Issuance of health certificate

Dear Shinagawa Campus students,

It is now possible to issue a health certificate for 30 using an automatic certificate issuing machine.
After undergoing the regular health checkup for students in April,Students who are subject to re-examination and students with chronic illnesses will not be issued a certificate from the automatic issuing machine, so please check at the Health Center.
(As a general rule, the certificate will be issued at the Health Service Center two days after the application date.)
