2020.06.04
With the spread of the new coronavirus infection (unusual situations where restrictions on various activities and social contact are required), there are students who feel anxious and tired. Is not it.When such a stressful state continues for a long time, various changes may appear in the feeling, the body, and the way of thinking.
The following conditions are "normal reactions that anyone can have" when subjected to intense or chronic stress. It doesn't happen because the person's character is weak. Most of these reactions resolve spontaneously.
Change in mood:
Anxiety and tension, irritability, irritability, mood swings, tearfulness, blaming yourself for what you should have done at that time, being negligent, not wanting to talk to anyone, etc.
Physical changes:
Tired easily, loss of appetite, overeating, insomnia, etc.
Mindset change:
Disorganized thinking, repetitive thinking, and pessimistic thinking.
As a workaround, try the following:
Try to get good quality sleep and a well-balanced diet.
?Keep a regular life rhythm.
?Take a rest.
?Let's connect with someone such as friends and family by phone, email, SNS, etc.
Try a stress-relieving method that has worked for you in the past.
(Slow bathing, listening to your favorite music, etc.)
?The speed of recovery varies from person to person, so try not to work too hard.
?Take back your life as much as you can, even if it's just a small thing.
If you feel uneasy or irritated, please consult the Health Service Center by phone or email.
Talking about your feelings and consulting with someone can help ease the pain.
