Certificate issuance

*Payment by VISA card is currently not available.


How to request various certificates after graduation

Our university has started charging fees for applications made after July 2021, 7. Applications for issuance can only be made online.

1. Target people

Graduates, graduates, withdrawals, and expulsions (including those who were non-regular students such as non-regular students, research students, etc.)

2. Certificates subject to charges

Graduation certificate/completion certificate/registration period certificate (Both Japanese and bob博彩公司_申博体育在线-投注*官网), transcript/degree certificate (Japanese/bob博彩公司_申博体育在线-投注*官网), certificate of academic ability (related to teaching curriculum), certificate of curatorial credit acquisition
(For those who enrolled before 1995, all certificates do not have both Japanese and bob博彩公司_申博体育在线-投注*官网, so please let us know in the special notes section.)

3. Issuance fee

〇1 yen per letter
〇Postage fee (letter pack fee): 430 yen.Applications made after 2024:9 a.m. on September 19, 9 will be subject to the new rates and will be sent out after October 00.
〇For overseas shipping (EMS): An additional fee will be charged.
*Paid fees will not be refunded for any reason.

4. Number of days required for certificate issuance

Application periodAlthough it varies greatly depending on the type of certificate, postal circumstances, etc., it takes from 6 business days to several weeks from the next business day after payment is completed. Please understand that multiple staff members double-check the documents before handing them over to ensure there are no errors. We are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and during summer holidays.
Also, it will take more time to issue certificates for older years.

[Notes when applying]

1. If you would like a certificate other than those subject to a fee, please contact the following contact point in advance. If you pay the fee without consulting us, we will not refund any fees.
2. The "Certificate Issuance Application System" requires an e-mail address (where you can be contacted at all times) to which application procedure instructions will be sent, photo data of an official ID card etc. for identity verification, and the name of the individual for payment. A credit card is required. Please prepare in advance.
3. Various certificates are made using anti-counterfeit paper, so only a limited number of certificates can be sealed. If the recipient specifies that the document be sealed in a sealed envelope, please indicate this in the special notes section when applying.
Furthermore, we do not issue electronic data.
4. Please note that certificates issued by our university are, in principle, proof of the name registered at the time of enrollment.
5. In this system, the maximum number of applications per application is 1 in total. If you would like more, please apply again.
6. Due to the global situation, mailing is temporarily suspended in some countries and regions. Even if shipping is possible, significant delays may occur.If you wish to ship overseas, please be sure to check with the person in charge before applying.Please note that if you apply through the certificate application system and pay for the certificate without prior consultation, you will not be able to receive a refund.

[Notes on payment]

1. If you are applying for a certificate from your department, etc. and wish to receive it at the counter, there is no postage fee. In that case, please select in-person pickup on the application screen. If you choose mail by mistake, there will be no refunds for shipping charges.
2. If you wish to send the item overseas, we will use EMS. [Receiving at the counter]

*This is only possible for graduates, graduates, etc. who have entered a graduate school, etc. at our university and are currently enrolled at our university.

Shinagawa Campus/Etchujima Campus 10:00-16:00 Weekdays only. Excluding holidays, etc. set by the university.
*Counter hours may change. Additionally, operating hours may change during spring, summer, and winter holidays, so please check the university website.

〇Receipt by proxy
Please apply using the certificate issuance application system and write so in the special notes column. We will contact you after the certificate is issued, so when your representative comes to pick it up, please bring the following three items with you. Please note that if your documents are incomplete, you will not be able to receive them even if you come.
