Introduction of activitiesOn March 24, 3, our university concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture as part of our efforts to support recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake.

In order to work closely with the local community and promote education and research in line with the needs related to reconstruction support for the disaster-stricken areas, we will act as a contact point for the community as a base for the reconstruction of the Sanriku coastal region, and our researchers will conduct activities in the Sanriku region. It is a facility that serves as a base for events.

Research support activities
