Professor Shiotani introduced the secrets and techniques for interviews with specific examples.

There are also examples of questions in the "Handbook for Employment", so please take a look.In the interview, it is necessary to appeal to the person that there is a "potential to grow".In particular, I want PhD holders to know that what they have done so far is important, but it is not enough to say, "I can only do this."

Self-assessment of job readiness

A self-assessment was conducted to know the current readiness for employment by answering XNUMX questions and totaling them. 

"Preparing for employment" means that it is important to reform your own consciousness and actually take action.Then the future will open up for you.Then, it would be a good idea to use the "Rakusuikai Roster" to find people in their XNUMXs who are working hard and meet them.
