* Abandoning job hunting after graduating from undergraduate school during the employment ice age and pursuing a master's course
Although I had a fulfilling graduate school life, I was still in the employment ice age when I graduated from graduate school.
The sales job was tough, so I decided to return to the research field, applied for the current JAMSTEC, and was hired for a general position.
* Everything is a first-time report, and every day I am confused by the work of reporting and public relations
I was assigned to the news section and tried to create an easy-to-understand commentary site for children.
As for the work in public relations, I was in charge of newspaper articles, acquired various skills necessary for writing manuscripts, and also trained as an illustrator. His efforts were recognized and he became a full-time employee.
*Difficulty of work, rewarding days and further challenges
With the awareness of public relations and news reporting, which is the face of JAMSTEC, I am encouraged by the fact that I am able to make people happy.
We are delighted to be able to contribute to the development of marine chemical technology.
From now on, I will continue to cherish every day and work hard with my motto of working earnestly, and I want to make my dream of publishing a book someday come true.
What would you like to say to the students?
During your student days, I want you to gain experiences that you can only have at Marine University, and cherish the connections you have with your teachers, friends, seniors and juniors.Your first job (regular career track) is important, so please prepare well before job hunting.

*University life demonstrating the ability to take action to turn curiosity into reality
I moved from the food production department to the bioresources department because I wanted to get on a training ship.
Every day was fulfilling. In graduate school, he shifted his research life and immersed himself in surrogate parent fish farming research.
I wanted to do research as a job.
* While working at the Nippon Ham Central Research Institute, enrolled in the doctoral program at Hiroshima University
Working as a company employee, researching as a graduate student, and working as a working doctor, the hardest time in my life was when I was stationed at Hiroshima University to obtain a doctorate.
Looking back, I feel nostalgic for the days when I was desperate to realize my dream.
* Contribute to the field of physical education with a new research theme and apply for an inexperienced sales position!
From research on chicken muscle, we were able to extract and commercialize a new peptide that acts on human muscle.
I ask myself whether I should continue basic research, and since I am at a manufacturer, I want to work to popularize the products I have developed!and,
I made a big change to the sales force.
The developed product was highly evaluated and adopted by the university track and field club and the Japan women's national rugby team.
What would you like to say to the students?
Profits are the top priority for corporate researchers, and at the same time they are required to produce results in a short period of time.I am grateful to be blessed with good friends and to be able to continue my research every day.
College experience helps.I want you to do a lot of challenges!
