The 2nd Advanced Specialized Career Formation Theory I was held.

Title: Career autonomy and career design - Self-understanding during job hunting -

Participants: 115 people

■In the second lecture, participants deepened their understanding of self-understanding that is useful for creating entry sheets and preparing for interviews.
■I learned how to understand myself, and one person said, ``I learned that it is something that I have to deal with continuously along with the job-hunting process.''
■While exploring self-image using worksheets, we discussed reframing weaknesses through group work.
■You may feel rushed when job hunting. Please put into practice the stress management techniques you learned in the lecture.
