■For the fourth lecture, we had a guest speaker who graduated from our university and is currently working as the representative of the Japanese subsidiary of a foreign company.
■The speakers gave detailed talks about their careers, including the specialized knowledge and skills they gained during their student days, going on to doctoral programs, and finding employment in the private sector.
■The idea that "individual strength" creates "a team" gave me an opportunity to think about the leadership required in an organization.
■Many participating students commented that the program reaffirmed the importance of self-understanding in career design.
■You can conduct self-analysis based on various experiences such as research activities, part-time jobs, club activities, and hobbies. Knowing yourself will help you broaden your horizons. Please also take advantage of our job hunting workshops and career interviews.
