If you need to move into a student dormitory urgently due to the following circumstances, please contact the Student Affairs Section or the Student Support Section.

• If your household finances have suddenly deteriorated and it is difficult to continue living in your current residence
• If it is difficult for you to continue living in your current residence due to some trouble

After examining the content of your application, we will decide whether or not you can enter the dormitory.

Precautions

• The occupancy period is limited.
• In principle, admission to the dormitory will not be permitted for reasons other than these circumstances.
• If there are no vacancies in the student dormitories on both campuses at the time of your application, you will not be able to move into the dormitories.
• You will not be exempted from paying the boarding fee, utilities, and other expenses during your tenancy.
