     ?Notes on participating in face-to-face events

      ·Application
       Venue reservations are required from the OCANs reservation site (reception starts from 10:13 on Friday, October 16th).
       Application is

      ?How to applyIndividual participantYou will need to do so.
       However, individual applications for accompanying persons such as guardians are not required.Please enter the number of people accompanying you when registering as a new applicant.
       *If you are a group of students, such as junior high or high school students, please apply for all participants.
       *Even if you are applying for the entire school, please apply individually for each student.
       *Please note that some programs do not allow accompanying persons to participate.

      ?If you are participating in the Shinagawa campus face-to-face event,Admission ticketReservations are required.
       Please also apply if you want to participate in a program that does not require reservations, want to see what's going on at the university, or want materials.
       There are three types of programs: advance reservation required, same-day venue first-come-first-serve, and no reservation required.Please check the information pamphlet for details.
       If you would like to participate in a program that requires advance reservations, you will need to make a reservation for each program after registering on the OCANs reservation site.

      ?About program cancellation
       If you decide not to participate on the day of the event, please cooperate by canceling the advance reservation-based program.
       For programs that require advance reservations, even if the application status is full, if a seat becomes available due to cancellation on the day, you may still be able to take the course.

      ?About meals and rest areas
       On the day of the event, the cafeteria and purchasing department will be operated by the University Co-op.Meals are available at the University Hall or the rest area.
        Please refrain from eating in other empty classrooms or event venues.
