Leaving the university, they board training vessels, sail the coast between domestic ports, anchor offshore, and call at ports.
In this ship training, in order to enhance and nurture the knowledge learned in university lectures as practical skills, field skills, and human skills, the sailing ship "Kaiwo Maru" and the diesel ship "Seiun Maru", which are training ships of the Independent Administrative Institution Maritime Education Organization On the actual ship, students will learn the rules and customs of life on board, the future, as a captain, chief engineer, etc., and learn step-by-step the technical knowledge necessary to operate and manage a large ship safely and efficiently while paying attention to the protection of the marine environment.
