* Points to note when participating in face-to-face programs
?Be sure to bring a hat, towel, water, etc. to prevent heatstroke.Please be sure to hydrate frequently on the day of the event.
?There is a limit to the number of people who can participate in the Yayoi Open House, laboratory/facility tours, and student dormitory tours.Please make one reservation per person.
?If you are not at the meeting place at the start time, you cannot participate in the Yayoi Experiential Voyage, laboratory/facility tour, and student dormitory tour.
?Participants of the Yayoi Experience Voyage will start health management two weeks in advance.Please submit the attached questionnaire and health management form at the Yayoi experience voyage meeting place in Etchujima Kaikan.You will not be able to board the ship if you do not have a health management form for the two weeks prior to boarding. In addition, sandals, slippers, high heels, etc. cannot be worn on board.

The face-to-face program “Career Path Seminar for Female Students” will be held face-to-face at Etchujima Campus and will be broadcast live via Zoom.If you are unable to attend on campus on the day, please join us via Zoom.Parents and male students are also welcome to participate.
