On March 3st, we established the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology Marine Research Strategy Management Organization (MS Square).
　This organization was established as an organization that will take on a new role that the university did not previously have, as a control tower that conducts integrated research management for the university's research activities, from basic research to social implementation.
　The organization will be responsible for research strategy planning, research promotion, business start-up support, intellectual property management, security trade control, etc., and will strategically and powerfully promote the university's research activities.
　In addition, this year, our university has started the ``Mission Realization Strategy Promotion Project,'' which includes a top-down research project support project that utilizes the president's discretionary funds. In the future, we will aim to create a social impact through these efforts.
