The Salad Science Endowed Chair, which had been established in October 25 at the Graduate School of Marine Science and Technology, ended on March 2013st of this year. In response to this, President Toshio Iseki presented a letter of appreciation to the donor, Kenko Mayonnaise Co., Ltd., and the sponsor of the project, Nichimo Co., Ltd.
