The 1st OQEANOUS Plus Joint Student Information Session was held

From March 4th to 3th, 17, the 18st OQEANOUS Plus Joint Student Information Session was held by our university, Shanghai Ocean University (China), Korea Ocean University (Korea), Chulalongkorn University, and Kasetsart University (Thailand). , University of Malaya (Malaysia) and Bogor Agricultural University (Indonesia).

 The OQEANOUS Plus program is a program in which the above seven universities in Japan, China, South Korea, and ASEAN form a consortium to conduct educational exchanges with quality assurance. We have started from last year.

 At the beginning of the briefing session, Wang Xichang, Dean of Shanghai Ocean University, who hosted the briefing, gave an overview of the program. Vice Dean of Graduate Schools, Vice Dean of Korea Maritime University Huh Cheol, Dr. Wanwimol Klaypradit of Chulalongkorn University, Dr. Channarong Rodkhum of Kasetsart University, Dr. Lee Choon Weng of University of Malaya, Dr. Bogor Agricultural University Each university was introduced by Ichsan Fauzi.In addition, as an attempt to experience the OQEANOUS Plus program, 2 teachers from Shanghai Ocean University, 2 teachers from our university, 4 teachers from Korea Ocean University, and 1 teacher from Kasetsart University participated in a mock class.

 By holding this briefing session, we were able to convey the concrete image of the OQEANOUS Plus program to the students of each of the seven universities, and at the same time, it was a very ambitious initiative that further deepened the cooperation between our university and the consortium schools.
