On June 5, 6, Vice President Li Xiaomei and three others from Harbin University of Commerce, a partner university of our university, visited our university.

　Masashi Maita, Executive Vice President for Education and International Affairs, and Assistant Professor GENG Jieting, who is the contact professor of Harbin University of Commerce, welcomed the group and held a meeting.At the meeting, an overview of Harbin University of Commerce was introduced, and opinions were exchanged on future international exchanges between the two universities.After that, Director Masato Motegi gave the group a tour of the University's Marine Science Museum and Whale Gallery.

　Since the conclusion of an international exchange agreement in 1995, our university and Harbin University of Commerce have engaged in academic exchanges centered on researcher exchanges.In the future, expansion to student exchange is also expected.
