　In this year's open lecture at the Faculty of Marine Engineering, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, we will explain the 2024 logistics problem, which is often brought up in the news as products will not be delivered due to labor shortages, and introduce examples of countermeasures taken by various companies.
　We will also introduce the latest research on data science, which has attracted a lot of attention in recent years as an effective approach to solving such social issues.
