Chapter XNUMX Provision of Information

Article XNUMX　Pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order, an incorporated administrative agency, etc. shall prepare documents, drawings, or electromagnetic records that record the following information in its possession, as specified by a Cabinet Order, in a timely manner and easily accessible to the public: provided by the method.

1. Basic information on the organization, operations and finances of the relevant independent administrative agency, etc.
2. Information on the evaluation and audit of the organization, operations and finances of the relevant independent administrative agency, etc.
3. Basic information on corporations that are invested or contributed by the relevant incorporated administrative agency, etc. and other corporations specified by Cabinet Order
