The "National University Corporation Governance Code" is based on the government's "Integrated Innovation Strategy (decided by the Cabinet on June 30, 6)." In response to the fact that the University Governance Code will be formulated within the 15 academic year, the Association of National Universities will reflect the voices of various stakeholders and will be widely accepted by society, in light of the characteristics of universities. It was formulated with the cooperation of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the Cabinet Office.
National university corporations have always conducted their activities in accordance with laws and regulations. In the future, we will further implement initiatives based on the characteristics of each company based on this Governance Code as the basic principle, enhance management functions to maximize education, research, and social contribution functions, and build a strong governance system on our own. I will continue. In addition, we will strive to further improve the transparency of our management, fulfill our accountability to society, and continue to earn the trust and understanding of everyone in society.
