Duties
|
- Student exchange programs with Northern Europe implemented by our universityMETISSupport for planning and running educational exchange programs at Metis (hereinafter referred to as "this program") (including domestic and international business trips several times a year as necessary).
- Provide academic support and assistance with dispatch and acceptance procedures for students from our university who are dispatched to the partner universities (universities in Denmark and Norway) under this project, and for students from the partner universities who are accepted by our university (face-to-face, telephone, and email support in bob博彩公司_申博体育在线-投注*官网).
- Coordination support for educational affairs-related work with faculty and staff of partner schools of this project.

Qualifications
|
- Graduated from junior college or university.
- No problems communicating in Japanese or bob博彩公司_申博体育在线-投注*官网 (Creating documents in each language, exchanging e-mails, participating in meetings, etc.).
- Ability to fully operate the basics of a computer (Become,Excel,Power pointGeneral document processing skills are a must.
- Ability to create simple layouts and designs when creating publicity materials such as presentation materials and posters.
- Those who are interested in international exchange work and work using foreign languages, and have the knowledge necessary to carry out the work.
- It is preferable to have experience in international student exchange work or educational affairs related work at a university.
