Background of recruitment

The Gender Equality Promotion Office is actively involved in promoting diversity and gender equality at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology by formulating basic policies, implementing specific measures, conducting research and analysis, and disseminating information. The Support Organization for Female Researchers, which was established under the Office, is primarily active in supporting female researchers affiliated with Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology. We are looking for someone who can perform the following duties to carry out this work.

Services

As an assistant (coordinator) for the Gender Equality Promotion Office and its subordinate organization, the Support Organization for Female Researchers, I will assist faculty members with their work. Specifically, I will be drafting policies that contribute to diversity promotion, managing the organization's operations, raising awareness and promoting the promotion of diversity, advising female researchers, planning and producing various events such as symposiums, planning and producing websites, managing and coordinating collaboration with various organizations, creating proposals and reports, and handling various other procedures.

(3) Experience in diversity and women's support activities in private companies or various organizations is desirable.

(4) Ability to manage and operate the website is desirable.

(5) Experience working at a university is desirable.

(6) Experience in operating online conference systems is desirable.

Treatment

    (2) Holidays: Non-working days as specified above, Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays, and other days designated by the President.
       However, due to event management, you may be asked to shift your working days and holidays.
