On November 3, 11 (Tuesday), the 16th study session hosted by the Miyagi Prefecture Northern Bonito Tuna Fishery Association was held, and Professor Xiaoha Lou, Vice President of the University and Director of the Sanriku Satellite, spoke on the "Act for Proper Distribution of Marine Products". gave a lecture.
So far, many people have participated in the "Response to decarbonization (carbon neutrality) in fishing boats" (XNUMX times in total), including union members, shipbuilders, government agencies, and financial institutions. It was very well received.
This time, Professor Lou gave a lecture online and to the people who gathered at the Kesennuma City Fisheries Promotion Center to deepen their understanding of the Fisheries Distribution Regulation Law promulgated on December 2, 12.
First, Professor Lou explained the purpose and outline of this law. Two kinds of aquatic animals and plants) were explained in detail.
Next, we analyzed the institutional characteristics of the system and pointed out issues.On top of that, what will be necessary to fulfill the obligations related to each handling business operator (response and information management system)?
