First, Ms. Yuko Masaki gave a presentation titled "What does it mean for women to work in society?" .Also, based on her own experiences, she gave advice and messages of encouragement to students who are about to enter society.
Ms. Junko Suzuki, the second speaker, gave a lecture on what she learned from her university life, advice on her career path, and her current job under the title of "How to get a job that makes use of what you have learned." Nari talked about what she felt when she actually worked. He talked about not only fun and fun, but also the sense of fulfillment and liberation that can be felt when a problem arises and is resolved. .
Ms. Namiko Oka, the third speaker, spoke about her university life, finding a job, and her life as a member of society under the title of “Choosing a Path.”Ms. Oka's words, ``What you learn at university will be useful when you go out into the world,'' are thought to have encouraged the participating students. increase. Finally, I received some advice as a working woman.
After a break, the students were divided into three groups and had a free talk "Let's talk about campus life and job hunting with seniors!".Each group had a lively discussion about why they chose the university, memories of their internship, job hunting, and current job details.
Many of the students who participated commented, "It was a seminar that gave me a positive attitude toward the future as I was able to hear various stories directly from the graduates."It was around this time that graduates were given specific information about where they would be employed and what kind of work they would be doing, so the range of career choices was broadened, and I believe that the seminar served as a motivation for future university life and job hunting.
Thank you to everyone who participated.
