12/17 Introduced companies actively recruiting women in career guidance

On December 2014, 12 (Wednesday), Office Umi Nami held a career guidance for students who are about to find employment at the Etchujima Campus of the Faculty of Marine Engineering. We made an effort to introduce companies that are doing. 　

This was carried out with the cooperation of the organizer (Japan Ship Machinery and Equipment Association).The gist of this initiative was explained in advance to each company participating in the career guidance, and it was introduced by displaying the Minami mark, the mascot character of the sea, at the booths of companies that agreed. . 　

In the future, we plan to implement this as a university-wide initiative.
