Notice of Parenting Support Seminar - Aiming to balance education research and parenting

With the changes in society, we have entered an era in which we must think about creating a system that allows us to continue our research while giving birth and raising children. "Gender equality" is one of the important issues in modern society where diversity is required.
In this seminar for promoting gender equality for faculty and staff members, we listened to researchers who have experience taking maternity and childcare leave at our university, followed by a panel discussion with researchers who are currently raising children. We would like to use this as an opportunity to extract problems and issues for support, think about what is necessary to balance education research and child-rearing, and think about how future research support should be.
At the end of the seminar, we plan to inform you about the "Research Supporter (RS) System", which started recruiting in July.
