Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, as the only marine university in Japan, is focusing on human resource development of female researchers engaged in research on the utilization of the ocean.

Therefore, we will hold the “Career Path Seminar for Female Students Who Want to Learn About the Sea or Want to Work” mainly for students and graduate students on the following schedule.
In order for the female students to use their careers as a reference when thinking about their future, we invited female seniors who are active in society to come and talk about their current jobs and job hunting activities. I would like to talk about working at In 2014, we invite people who are involved in the front lines of research and development at maritime and ocean-related organizations.We also have free talk time, so it is a chance to hear various stories directly from senior female researchers.Please feel free to invite us to participate.

Although this seminar is aimed at female students, everyone is welcome to participate, including male students, high school students, university students, parents and guardians. (On the day of the event, an open campus will also be held from the morning, so we recommend that junior high and high school students who are considering going on to our university participate in the open campus as well.)
