Office for Promotion of Gender Equality Organization for Supporting Female Researchers Office Umi Nami has a research supporter (RS) system (for female researchers who find it difficult to secure time for research due to pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, nursing care, etc., and whose spouse is a researcher). For male researchers, we have implemented a system to assign research assistants to support research work in order to support the continuation of research.
