8/1 Career Path Seminar was held at Shinagawa Campus

On August 2013st, 8 (Thursday), Uminami hosted a student event titled "Career Path Seminar for Female Students" at Room 1A, Building 2, Shinagawa Campus.As the event was held on the same day as the Summer Open Campus of the Faculty of Marine Science, not only undergraduate and graduate students, but also many high school students and their parents attended.

　At the seminar, we invited three graduates of the Faculty of Marine Science at our university to give lectures on campus life, job hunting experiences, and current job details.Only those who are currently active in making use of what they learned at university in their careers are enthusiastic about their messages to their juniors.There were many students who wanted to go on to our university, and they listened intently to the lectures given by their seniors.
　This time, due to the circumstances of the venue, the second half was changed to a panel discussion format, but the questions from the participants were carefully answered.At the end of the seminar, the speakers talked about things they wished they had done when they were students.
