On Tuesday, September 2013, 9, at the National Center for Sciences, " National College of Technology Teacher Recruitment Joint Information Sessionwas held, and Fujimori and Tatsumi from Office Umi Nami attended.

First, Maki Iwakuma, Executive Director of the National Institute of Technology, gave a speech on the purpose of the event, followed by an introduction about the technical colleges by Principal Shibata of Ichinoseki College of Technology.After that, three female teachers introduced their jobs titled "A Day in the Life of a Female Teacher".In addition, a consultation corner was set up in the venue from XNUMX technical colleges nationwide, and individual consultations were also available.　
　From the lecture, I was able to understand that the work of technical college professors, who promote specialized education for students after graduating from junior high school, is research that emphasizes education.I felt a tremendous amount of energy from the female faculty members who have been teaching students, conducting their own research, and raising children.
　It was a great learning experience for me, as I was able to learn case studies that are useful for our university as well, such as how to promote a nationwide network.
