　On November 2013, 11 (Monday) at the TKP Ichigaya Conference Center, the ``Female Researcher Research Activities Support Project Symposium 11 - Nurturing female science researchers who can play active roles in the world -'' was held. Fujimori participated.

　Organizations from all over the country that have won the "Female Researcher Research Support Activity Subsidy" from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
　 In the morning, we started with a poster session by each organization, and then we divided into subcommittees according to the scale and business content trends, and exchanged opinions and held discussions.In the afternoon, there was an explanation of the future policy direction for support projects from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, followed by a keynote speech, a special speech, and a report on the breakout sessions held in the morning.After a break, a panel discussion was held with the speakers on the theme of "What is required of research and educational institutions today for the development of female science researchers who can play an active role in the world?"
　It was a very stimulating symposium, with panelists expressing strong opinions about the need to make serious efforts as a policy to foster female researchers who can play an active role on the global stage.
