On December 2013, 12 (Tuesday), at Tokyo Metropolitan University (Minami Osawa Campus), a result reporting forum titled "Results of the 'Female Researcher Research Activity Support Project' toward the Continuation of Support for Female Researchers" was held. Mori participated.
　It was a report on the efforts and results of the female researcher research activity support project.
　 After the keynote speech by Dr. Yamamura, program director of JST's Science and Technology System Reform Project, results were presented by users of the support staff system.Users commented that it was very effective in maintaining work-life balance, such as "I was able to continue my research without leaving a hole in my achievements even during maternity leave" and "I have more time to spend with my children." There was a report, and I learned a lot.
　Finally, the Director of the Diversity Promotion Office expressed his strong determination to continue supporting female researchers, and the forum ended.
