For two days from June 2019st (Sat) to 6nd (Sun), 1, the Faculty of Ocean Engineering's university festival "Kaiousai" was held at Etchujima Campus.During the event, we opened a penguin room in the Uminami Etchujima office as a temporary rest space for those with small children.

The Kaio Festival is attended by a large number of graduates and people living nearby every year.Over the two days, a total of 50 people used the facility to change diapers, breastfeed, and rest.
