On November 2020, 11 (Tuesday), the National Diversity Network Organization Tokyo Block Workshop was held online, and the director of the Organization for Women Researchers talked about the university's efforts to support female researchers and the impact of the corona crisis. I made a presentation as a topic provider (Number of participants: 10 people from 2 institutions).
Regarding the impact of the corona virus on our university, we interviewed various places on campus and reported on work methods and classes under the state of emergency declaration, guidelines for infectious diseases on training ships, etc.In addition, regarding the cancellation of childcare and online seminars due to the cancellation of the event, we sent an e-mail survey to the faculty regarding (XNUMX) the degree of penetration of telecommuting, (XNUMX) the impact on life events such as childcare, (XNUMX) the impact on research promotion, and (XNUMX) issues at the university. We summarized the trend from the results of the implementation and announced it.
