7/17 Opened "Penguin Room" for Marine Day commemorative event

On July 2023, 7 (Monday/holiday), Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology held a "Marine Day" commemorative event at the Etchujima Campus.Many people participated in the event on the Etchujima Campus in the heat.
During the event period (10:00-16:00), we set up a diaper changing and nursing space "Penguin Room" for those with small children.
