Submission of internship notification form
If you are applying for an internship directly with a company, etc. without going through the university, please submit the "Internship Notification Form" to the Career Support Center office.
If you do not submit the notification form, you may not be able to receive insurance coverage for injuries and damages that occur during the internship.
