Submission of internship notification form

Internship participants are required to enroll in the Personal Accident Insurance for Students Pursuing Education and Research and Liability Insurance for Accidents Associated with Gakkensai (usually already enrolled at the time of enrollment) and to submit an Internship Notification Form.

Please send an email to the Career Support Center office (g-sinro@o.kaiyodai.ac.jp) for instructions on how to submit.
If this notification form is submitted and accepted, it will be approved as an internship recognized by the university as a school event or extracurricular activity, and the activity will be covered by insurance.
*Online internships are not covered by the above insurance, so there is no need to submit a notification form.
