[Important] Regarding submission of internship notification form

If you have decided to participate in an internship, please enroll in the "Student Education and Research Disaster Accident Insurance/Gakkensai Incidental Liability Insurance" (usually purchased at the time of admission procedures) and submit the "Internship Notification Form." Please submit the notification form by email to the Career Support Center.
If this notification form is submitted and accepted, it will be approved as an internship recognized by the university as a school event or extracurricular activity, and the activity will be covered by insurance.
*Online internships are not covered by the above insurance, so there is no need to submit a notification form.
