1.Payment method

(XNUMX) Credit card payment

The following credit card companies are available.
VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS

You can choose between “Anytime Donation”, which allows you to make a donation each time, and “Continuous Donation”, which allows you to continue to donate every month after completing the procedure once.

Donations will be debited from your account in the same way as using a normal card.

Payments will be debited from your bank account in the month following the application date, or two months after the month of application.

(XNUMX) Convenience store payment

After completing the online application process, the number required for payment will be displayed. Enter this number into the terminal at the convenience store and a payment slip will be issued. Please present this at the register to make the payment.

Available convenience stores are as follows.

We do not offer refunds at convenience stores.

(XNUMX) Pay-easy payment

You can make payments via internet banking or mobile banking. Select "Pay at the bank (Pay-easy)" on the payment method input screen.

2. F-REGI donation payment notes

• Please fill in the required items on the application screen and apply.
• Please note that no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted after the payment procedure is completed.
• On the application information confirmation screen, please check the amount etc. thoroughly.
• F-REGI Co., Ltd. will send a notification of completion of the payment process to the email address you entered.
• It may take XNUMX-XNUMX months for the donations you applied for to be received by the university.
  In addition, the receipt date for your donation will not be the date of application, but the date the donation is deposited at our university by the payment agency. Therefore, if you apply after November, the date on the receipt may be the following year, and in that case, the donation deduction will also be subject to the following year, so please be careful.
