Announcement of “Women Researchers Living Together with the Sea Now and in the Future”
Currently, support activities for researchers considering work-life balance are being promoted in various research fields. I have been looking for ways to help.The Ripple effect obtained from the efforts and support projects of "supporting female researchers at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology" that was promoted after being selected for the 23 Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology subsidy for human resource development. After the report, we will review the issues that have been clarified through the efforts, and discuss how we can cooperate and collaborate in supporting and nurturing female researchers in ocean-related fields, which will become increasingly important in the future. This is a symposium where a certain institution (companies, research institutes, universities, etc.) thinks together.
Anyone can participate in this seminar.All interested parties, whether maritime institutions or not, are encouraged to attend.
