Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology Shinagawa Campus will hold the university festival "Umitakasai"It will be held.
During the event, we will be opening the "Penguin Room" from 9am until 17pm (until 11:4pm on the final day, November 16th) for families with small children, where you can breastfeed and change diapers. Please feel free to use this space.
■Please take diapers, trash, etc. with you.
*There is no water supply in the Penguin Room.
"Penguin Room" is the name of a temporary rest area operated by Office Umi Nami.There are no real penguins.
