In November 28, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology established the "Study Support Project Fund" to support students who have difficulty attending school due to financial reasons. , 11 scholarship students (30 undergraduate students, 15 master's course students, and 5 doctoral course student) for the first semester of 9 were selected, and the "Study Support Fund Award Ceremony" was held on July 1.

At the subsequent “round-table conference between the president/officers and students,” the scholarship students said, “I would like to reduce my part-time job and devote more time to job hunting and research preparation,” and “I was having trouble paying for tuition due to my parents’ illness. Thank you for your help.”

Scholarships for the second semester will be paid around January.
