On September 30th, 9, a Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon was presented to the late Kohei Otsu (former Tokyo University of Mercantile Marine) Emeritus Professor Kohei Otsu and his wife.
At the ceremony, President Takeuchi handed over the medal, the medal, and the wooden cup to Ms. Ie Otsu, and praised the achievement of receiving the award.
