At Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, taking the opportunity of being selected for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Excellent Graduate School Program" in the first year of Reiwa, we will establish the "Marine Industry AI Professional Development Distinguished Graduate School Program", a five-year integrated graduate school education program.Based on the outstanding marine knowledge of our university, which is the only marine university in Japan, this program introduces new education on big data and artificial intelligence. This is to foster “marine AI innovators”.
In order to support this program, we have recently established the “Distinguished Graduate School Program Education Fund” in the university fund.Your generous donations to this fund will be used effectively mainly to provide financial support (payment of education and research support expenses) to students enrolled in this program.
Your support will lead to the development of human resources who will open up the future of the ocean.Thank you for your support of the Distinguished Graduate School Program.
